When supporting numerous teams, I repeatedly encounter the same pain points in medium-sized industrial companies. This situation is particularly explosive when implementing AI processes. The reason for this is the highly complex tools and the resulting uncertainty among employees – across all levels.

On the one hand, the challenge lies in the completely new human-machine interactions. On the other hand, there are also new requirements for human interaction. Both factors are equally decisive for the success of the implementation.
